Allpack enjoys success at Intralogistex 2021

21 July 2021

Allpack recently enjoyed a very positive exhibition at the Intralogistex 2021 show at Ricoh Arena in Coventry.

This was the first event for nearly two years for the intralogistics sector and was widely welcomed by the industry. With names including Karcher, Linde, OrderWise and Grip Systems, Allpack completed a great line-up of quality brands.

Allpack were showcasing their range of sustainable packaging solutions for ecommerce retailers. It was a ‘plastic-free’ stand with eight unique paper and recycled packaging products being demonstrated.

In addition, they ran a ‘Pack-Stop Challenge’ competition where visitors were invited to see how fast they could pack a carton, using Allpack’s environmentally friendly packaging solutions including recycled corrugated cases, paper voidfill, paper parcel tape and even paper strapping.

First prize for the quickest time was a £250 supercar drive, generating fierce competition for the lucky winner!

Ben Clarke, head of marketing at Allpack, comments: “It was a great feeling to be able to finally meet clients old and new in person and show our products face-to-face.

“We would like to thank the organisers for going ahead with this exhibition and ensuring the safety and well-being of exhibitors and visitors alike.

“We were very pleased with the high level of interest in our eco packaging solutions; retailers are very conscious of their responsibilities in regards of sustainable packaging, and also very aware of the impending UK Plastic Packaging Tax coming into force in April next year. This was a great opportunity for Allpack to offer new innovative solutions and we have already been asked to start trials of these new products in several household brands since the show.”
